1. Vehicle Information
The Company agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Renter:

• VIN: [Vehicle Identification Number]
2. Rental Period
The rental period will commence on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and will terminate on [End Date] at [End Time].
3. Rental Fees
The Renter agrees to pay a rental fee of [Amount] per [day/week/month] plus applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of rental. Additional fees may apply for late returns, damages, or other specified charges.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of [Amount] must be paid by the Renter prior to the commencement of the rental period. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle, provided there is no damage and all terms of this Agreement have been met.
5. Use of Vehicle
The Renter agrees to use the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. The vehicle shall not be used:
• For any illegal purpose
• For racing, off-road driving, or any abusive driving
• By anyone not listed on this agreement or without the Company’s consent
6. Insurance
The Renter must provide proof of valid insurance covering the rented vehicle. If the Renter does not have insurance, the Company offers rental insurance options at an additional cost.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted. The Renter shall be responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for non-compliance with the terms herein.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements regarding the vehicle rental.
